Air Fryer Pig Shots
These Air Fryer Pig Shots are a simple and tasty appetizer that are crispy, cheesy, and cooked in the air fryer. I love serving these at parties or family gatherings because they’re bite-sized, fun, and everyone always asks for seconds.

Each “shot” is made by wrapping a slice of bacon around a piece of kielbasa, then filling it with a creamy cheese mixture.

How to Make Air Fryer Pig Shots
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Cut the kielbasa into 20 pieces. Cut the bacon in half.

2. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of kielbasa to make a “shot glass” shape, then secure it with a toothpick.

3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder until combined.

4. Put the cheese mixture into a piping bag or baggie, snip the end, and pipe it into the center of each bacon-wrapped kielbasa.

6. Cook in the air fryer in batches for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use thick-sliced bacon for best results. Thin bacon may shrink too much and not hold the “shot” shape.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to ensure a smooth filling.
- If you don’t have a piping bag, a small zip-top bag with the corner snipped works perfectly.
- Cook in batches if needed. Don’t overcrowd the basket so the bacon crisps evenly.
- Serve immediately for the crispiest bacon. If making ahead, reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to bring back the crisp.
- You can add spices like smoked paprika or chopped green onions to the cheese mixture for extra flavor.
- Cut the toothpicks shorter or remove them before serving to make them easier for kids.
