Baked Cranberry and Walnut Brie Bites in Phyllo Shells
These Cranberry and Walnut Brie Bites are one of my go-to recipes when I want a quick yet festive appetizer that is ready in just 20 minutes. With only 4 ingredients, they’re filled with creamy brie cheese, a few dried cranberries, and crunchy walnuts in phyllo cups.

WANT TO SAVE THIS FOR LATER?
These are the kind of holiday appetizers that are bite-sized, pretty on a tray, and the flavor combo works for just about everyone. It is great to serve at a Christmas party or Thanksgiving gathering.
Try serving them alongside my Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham for a sweet and savory main dish, or set them out next to a Festive Wreath Charcuterie Board to create a holiday-themed appetizer spread.

- For Brie Cheese, there’s no need to remove the rind; it melts down nicely and adds flavor.
- You can find pre-made mini phyllo shells in the freezer section of most grocery stores. No thawing needed before baking.
- You can change the walnuts into pecans or almonds if that’s what you have on hand.
- For Cranberries, use dried cranberries, but you can also try dried cherries for a twist.
- This recipe makes 15 bites, but you can easily double it for larger gatherings.
