How to Make Mini Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 6-inch bundt pan with cooking spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into 8 small pieces, then roll each into a little ball.


3. Start layering in your pan: add a handful of biscuit balls, some small cubes of brie, and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.

3. Repeat the layers until your pan is full.

4. Melt the butter and drizzle it all over the top.


5. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the bread is golden and cooked through.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then flip it onto a plate and serve warm.

Important Recipe Notes
- Use whole cranberry sauce – Not the jellied kind. The texture and bits of real cranberry make a big difference!
- Cut the brie into small cubes; this helps it melt evenly throughout the bread without pooling in one spot.
- Make sure to grease the pan, a well-greased bundt pan makes it way easier to flip the bread out without sticking.
- The top should be nicely browned, and the biscuits fully cooked through. If it’s browning too fast, loosely cover with foil.
