This Blueberry Cloud Mousse is an easy dessert recipe to make this summer. It’s made with only two ingredients—whipped topping and berry blue Jello—and when I say it’s light and airy, I mean cloud-level soft. It’s ideal for blue-themed baby showers or any parties.

How to Make Blueberry Cloud Mousse

Step by Step Guide
1. Pour the gelatin powder into a medium heat-safe bowl.

2. In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

3. Carefully pour it over the gelatin and stir for 2-3 minutes, until the powder is fully dissolved.

4. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir. Then pop the bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.
5. Once set, it’s time to assemble! In small cups or bowls, layer the jello and whipped topping in 3-4 alternating layers.



6. Finish with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of blue sugar on top.

Important Recipe Notes
- Thaw your whipped topping ahead of time! Cold but not frozen works best for scooping and layering.
- If you want an extra fluff. You can fold some of the whipped topping right into the jello before layering for an even cloudier mousse.
- These can be made a day in advance, which is perfect for parties or busy weeknights.
- You can change the Jello flavor depending on your taste. Strawberry or raspberry also taste amazing and give a fun pop of color.
- Serve in clear dessert glasses so those beautiful layers shine through.
