How to Make Chocolate Banana Pops
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Peel the bananas and cut each one in half.

2. Insert a popsicle or lollipop stick into the cut side of each banana piece—about one inch in.

3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1.5 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

4. Stir in the coconut oil until everything is smooth and melted.

5. Dip each banana pop into the chocolate, letting the extra drip off. Add sprinkles or toppings while the chocolate is still wet.

6. Place the pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid—usually a couple of hours.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas – If they’re too soft, they’ll slide off the stick or fall apart when dipping.
- Stir the chocolate often while melting – This helps prevent burning. Microwaves heat unevenly, so don’t skip this step!
- Add toppings quickly – The chocolate sets fast, especially on cold bananas, so sprinkle right after dipping.
- Freeze on parchment paper – This keeps them from sticking to the tray.
- Let them sit for 2–3 minutes before eating – They’re best when slightly softened (not rock hard!).
