How to Make a Christmas Tree Cheese Platter

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Cut the Colby Jack and Gouda cheeses into small, bite-sized cubes. Then wash the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.

2. Grab a large platter, ideally shaped like a Christmas tree (or use any large platter and create a tree shape with the ingredients).

3. Start at the top of the tree with a layer of Gouda cheese cubes.

4. Directly beneath the Gouda, add a layer of cherry tomatoes.

5. Follow with a layer of Colby Jack cheese cubes, continuing to build the tree shape as you move downward.

6. Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs under the Colby Jack layer for a festive, greenery effect.

7. Continue the pattern: Gouda cheese, cherry tomatoes, Colby Jack cheese, and rosemary sprigs until you reach the bottom.

8. Finish off the tree with an extra touch of fresh rosemary at the base.

Serve and Enjoy!
