How to Make Leftover Turkey Sliders with Cranberry and Gouda Cheese

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 cups cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
  • 6 slices Gouda cheese
  • ¾ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13” baking dish.

2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom layer into the dish.

3. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the rolls, then layer on the turkey, Gouda cheese slices, and cranberry sauce.

4. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

5. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped rosemary. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.

6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

7. Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving warm.
