  • 24 – 1-inch chunks of watermelon (about ¼ of a large watermelon)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped

Step-by-Step Guide

1. First, you’ll need to chop your watermelon, if it isn’t already cut up.

2. Next, chop your mint.

3. Add the olive oil, lime juice, and sea salt to a small bowl, and stir to combine.

4. Place 2 chunks of watermelon onto each skewer, and arrange skewers on a platter.

5. Drizzle the liquid mixture over the watermelon skewers.

6. Then sprinkle with feta and chopped mint.

7. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
