Important Recipe Notes

  • Make sure the cookies are fully cooled before drizzling chocolate and adding the strawberry crunch. This helps the topping stick and prevents melting.
  • Don’t crush the Oreos too finely. A slightly chunky texture gives the cookies their signature crunch.
  • If you don’t have a food processor, place Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin or heavy pan.
  • Sprinkle the Oreo and Jell-O mixture on top while the white chocolate drizzle is still wet, so it sticks well.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days. They’re best eaten fresh for maximum crunch.
  • Optional decorations – Sprinkles or extra white chocolate chips on top make them festive for Valentine’s Day, parties, or other special occasions.
