Ground Beef Crescent Roll Taco Bake
This Ground Beef Crescent Roll Taco Bake takes about 15 minutes to get into the oven, which is exactly what I need on a busy night. It has seasoned ground beef, plenty of cheese, and a buttery crescent roll crust that makes it SO good. My favorite Taco Tuesday recipe when our kids are tired of regular tacos!

WANT TO SAVE THIS FOR LATER?
This recipe has quickly become a favorite in our house because it’s budget-friendly, filling, and everyone can add their own favorite toppings. I bake mine in a 9×13 casserole dish, perfect for easy clean up!
Pair it with my creamy Fiesta Corn Dip on the side for that extra cheesy, zesty flavor everyone loves. Or with a Banana Split Puff Salad to balance out the savory main dish.

Serve and Enjoy!
Slice into squares and serve with your favorite taco toppings. We love this bake with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and a little extra salsa on top.

Important Recipe Notes
- You can use ground turkey or ground chicken instead of beef if you prefer a lighter option.
- Make sure to pinch the seams of the dough well so the filling doesn’t leak through while baking.
- For cheese, cheddar works great, but you can mix in Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or a Mexican cheese blend for extra flavor.
- You can prepare the beef mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to assemble and bake.
