How to Make Baked Brie with Garlic and Honey
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the Brie on a baking sheet with parchment paper, or use a Brie baker if you have one.

3. Use a small knife to make little slits on top of the Brie, then tuck in the garlic slices evenly.

4. Drizzle honey over the top so it seeps into the slits and around the edges.

5. Drizzle olive oil on top as well.

6. Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary if you’d like.

7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and soft in the middle. Keep an eye on it—you want it melty, not totally collapsed.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving (it’ll be really hot).
Serve and Enjoy!
Serve with bread or crackers and dig in while it’s still warm and gooey!

Important Recipe Notes
- Watch the Brie closely while baking to keep it soft but not fully melted.
- Insert garlic slices evenly for balanced flavor.
- Let the Brie cool slightly before serving—it will be very hot inside.
- Serve with sturdy bread or crackers for easy scooping.
- Fresh rosemary is optional but adds a nice aroma.
