5. Spoon the filling mixture into each trifle cup.

6. Top with the fresh fruit of your choice.

Serve and Enjoy!

And there you have it! Whether you’re using fresh berries, tropical fruits, or even a mix of both, you can create a parfait that fits every taste and occasion. Also, they come together quickly, making them a perfect choice for busy days or last-minute gatherings.

Important Recipe Notes:

  • These parfaits can be assembled ahead of time! Simply layer the cheesecake filling and graham crackers, and store them in the fridge. Add the fresh fruit just before serving to keep them from getting soggy.
  • For Fruit Options, berries, mango, kiwi, or even a mix of citrus work wonderfully. Just make sure to use fresh fruit for the best flavor.
  • You can adjust the sweetness of the cheesecake filling based on your preference. If you prefer a sugar-free version, try using a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
  • For a lighter and healthy version, swap out the cream cheese for Greek yogurt or a lighter cream cheese alternative. You can also use almond flour or whole-grain crumbs for a healthier crust. Fresh fruits like berries or peaches add natural sweetness and extra nutrients without the added sugar.
