How to Make Golden Oreo Blondies
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, prep your 9×11 baking pan by spraying it with baking spray so the blondies come out nice and easy.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat your butter until it’s nice and smooth.

3. Toss in the brown sugar and white sugar, and mix until it’s well combined.

4. Crack in your eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla extract. Blend it all together until the mixture is light and smooth.

5. Slowly add your flour and baking powder, mixing until everything is just combined.

6. Fold in those creamy white chocolate chips for some extra sweetness in every bite.

7. Pour the blondie batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Then, take your Golden Oreos and arrange them on top of the batter. You can break them in half or leave them whole—whatever you prefer!

8. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes, or until the blondies are golden and a toothpick comes out clean (with a few crumbs, of course). Let them cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
9. Once they’ve cooled, slice them up into perfect squares.

Serve & Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Do not overmix the batter. Mix just until the flour disappears. Overmixing can make the blondies dense instead of soft.
- Don’t overbake. The center should look set but slightly soft. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs, not completely clean. They will continue to firm up as they cool.
- Use room temperature eggs. This helps the batter mix more evenly and gives a better texture.
- Line your pan if needed. If you want easy removal, line your pan with parchment paper and leave a little overhang on the sides.
- Press Oreos gently into the batter. Don’t push them all the way down. Keeping them slightly on top gives a nice look and texture.
- Let them cool before slicing. Cutting too early can make them fall apart. Waiting 10–15 minutes helps them set.
- Storage tips: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
