How to Make St. Patrick’s Pretzel Rods
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Begin by melting the green candy melts and white chocolate wafers according to the package instructions.

2. Take a spoon and carefully scoop the melted candy over one end of the pretzel rods. As you scoop, roll the pretzel rod to ensure an even coating. Once covered, tap the pretzel gently to remove any excess candy.

3. For the green-coated pretzels, sprinkle them with white pearl sprinkles for a classy look. For the white chocolate-coated rods, go wild with rainbow sprinkles and green pearl glitter sprinkles.

4. Place the decorated pretzel rods on parchment paper and let them dry completely. Once they’ve set, they’re ready to serve!

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure the pretzel rods are completely dry before dipping so the chocolate sticks well.
- Melt the chocolate slowly to avoid burning. I like to use the microwave in short 20–30 second bursts.
- Let the dipped pretzels rest on parchment paper so they don’t stick.
- Add the sprinkles right away before the chocolate sets.
- You can use white, milk, or dark chocolate—whatever you have on hand.
- Store the pretzel rods in an airtight container to keep them crunchy.
- These can be made a day or two ahead, which makes them great for school parties or gift bags.
