Important Recipe Notes:
- Use ripe, sweet strawberries: The sweetness of your sorbet depends on the quality of your strawberries. Make sure they’re perfectly ripe for the best flavor.
- Skip the sugar: If your strawberries are sweet enough, you can skip the sugar or adjust the amount to your liking.
- Blend the strawberries and liquids until smooth for the perfect sorbet texture. If you want a chunkier texture, pulse the blender a little less.
- Freeze time varies: Depending on the temperature of your freezer, the sorbet may take a bit longer to set, so plan ahead and give it a couple of hours to fully freeze.
- Customize the flavor: You can swap in other berries or add a splash of lemon or lime juice to balance out the sweetness.
- Serve soft: If your sorbet becomes too hard after freezing, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping for the perfect consistency.
