How to Make Fall Charcuterie Board & Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients you’ll need for pumpkin pie dip
  • 2 cups of Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 8 oz. of Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) package of Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
  • ½ cup of Powdered Sugar

Ingredients you’ll need for the board
  • Deli Style Pretzels
  • Halloween Oreos
  • (2) packages of Bakery Halloween Cookies
  • 2 Apples (sliced thinly)
  • Candy Corn
  • Candied Popcorn Mix (also from the bakery)
  • Dark Chocolate Almond Biscotti
  • Pirouline Chocolate Hazelnut Sticks

Step-by-Step Guide

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin pie mix, whipped cream cheese, cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Use a mixer to blend everything on high until it’s beautifully smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer this luscious dip into your chosen serving dish. For a festive touch, I used an adorable pumpkin-shaped bowl I found at Dollar General!

3. Place your Pumpkin Pie Dip in the center of a large serving tray. Surround it with an assortment of goodies to create a tempting spread. Start with your sugar cookies and candied popcorn, making sure to leave room for other treats. Adding a few small decorative pumpkins to the tray not only enhances the autumn vibe but also adds a pop of color.

4. Arrange the biscotti and hazelnut sticks in opposite corners of the board. These add a delightful crunch and a touch of elegance to your spread.

4. In the remaining spaces, scatter the candy corn, pretzels, and thinly sliced apples. This assortment of textures and flavors will keep everyone coming back for more. Finally, place your Halloween Oreos around one of the small pumpkins for a festive finishing touch.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes

  • Keep it simple with store-bought treats. No need to bake from scratch—items like Halloween Oreos, candied popcorn mix, and bakery cookies save time and still look festive.
  • Slice apples just before serving to keep them fresh and crisp. A quick dip in lemon water can help prevent browning.
  • Pumpkin pie dip can be made ahead. Store it in the fridge up to 2 days in advance and give it a quick stir before serving.
  • Use small bowls or ramekins for dips and candies to add height and variety to your board.
  • Mix textures and flavors. Balance sweet treats with crunchy snacks like biscotti, pretzels, and apple slices for a satisfying bite.
  • Make it kid-friendly or grown-up. Add more sweets for a family party, or swap in cheeses, nuts, or seasonal fruits for a more refined spread.
