How to Make Graduation Cap Chocolate Bites
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. First things first—grab a tub of chocolate frosting and load it into a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the tiniest snip off one corner)
2. On a parchment-lined tray or cutting board, lay out your chocolate squares logo side up.

3. Dab a little frosting onto the smaller end of each Reese’s cup, then gently press it into the center of the square.

4. Once they’re all topped, flip the caps over so they’re upside down—this gives that perfect “grad cap” look.

5. Now for the tassels! Cut the Air Heads candy into 1-inch strips, then separate the colors. You’ll need 18 mini rainbow pieces.

6. Add a tiny dot of frosting to a Mini M&M and press it into the center of each chocolate square.

7. Top it off with one of your candy tassels, right next to the M&M.

8. Pop the tray in the fridge until party time.
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Make sure you’re using the mini peanut butter cups with a flat bottom (not the thins), so they stick well to the chocolate square and hold their shape.
- Pop the assembled caps in the fridge for at least 15–20 minutes so the frosting sets. This helps everything stay in place, especially if you’re transporting them.
- When cutting your piping bag or zip-top bag, snip just a tiny corner—this gives you better control when adding frosting.
- Gently separate the rainbow Air Heads into strips. If they’re sticky, try chilling them for a few minutes first—it makes slicing much easier!
- Use M&Ms in the graduate’s school colors for a fun, personalized touch.
- These treats can be made a day in advance. Just store them in the fridge in a covered container until party time.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Just let them sit at room temp for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
