Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Use a bread knife to cut the rolls in half, being careful to keep an even layer. Put the bottom layer in a casserole dish or on a baking sheet.

3. Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk them, then pour into a large skillet and cook to scramble over medium heat. Set aside when done.

4. Add ā of the cheese to the bottom layer of bread.

5. Top with ham, then a little more cheese.


6. Add an egg layer over the ham, making it as even of a layer as possible. Sprinkle more cheese over the egg layer.


7. Cover the egg and cheese with the top layer of rolls.

8. Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.

9. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- You can change cheddar cheese for mozzarella, Swiss, or pepper jack.

- 12 oz package Hawaiian rolls 12 rolls
- 8 slices thin ham lunch meat
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Use a bread knife to slice the rolls in half evenly. Place the bottom half into a casserole dish or baking sheet.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Pour them into a large skillet and scramble over medium heat until cooked.
- Sprinkle about one-third of the shredded cheese over the bottom layer of rolls.
- Add the ham slices, then sprinkle on a little more cheese.
- Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the ham layer. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes until warm and golden.
- Slice into sliders and serve warm.
