How to Make Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Biscuits
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step by Step Guide
1. Set your oven to 375°F. This is your golden-brown zone.
2. Split 4 biscuits in half horizontally, giving you 8 thin layers. Set the last biscuit aside for a special trick.

3. Place a slice of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit layer, then add a cube of mozzarella cheese on top.

4. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to form a neat little ball.

5. Arrange your stuffed biscuits in the baking pan, pinched side down.

6. Melt the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together in the microwave.
7. Drizzle ¾ of the buttery mixture over the biscuits.

8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the biscuits for that melty, golden topping.

9. Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.

10. Brush the remaining butter mixture on top for extra shine and flavor.
Serve and Enjoy!
Serve warm, maybe with a side of marinara or garlic sauce for dipping.

Important Recipe Notes
- Use pre-made biscuit dough to save time! But if you love baking from scratch, homemade biscuit dough works just as well.
- Shred your own cheese for the best melt and flavor—pre-shredded cheese has added stuff that can affect the texture.
- If you don’t have mini pepperoni, you can chop up regular pepperoni instead.
- You can add more mix-ins if you’d like—try tossing in a little chopped bell pepper, mushrooms, or even some cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Don’t skip the dipping sauce! A little warm marinara or pizza sauce on the side makes these even more fun.
- Best served warm, but they’re still tasty at room temp—perfect for lunchboxes and picnics.
- To make ahead, prep the biscuits, store them in the fridge, and bake fresh when you’re ready to serve.
