1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease the cavities of a muffin pan.
3. Chop the parsley into fine pieces.

4. Arrange the wonton wrapper into the muffin pan to form a cup, as shown. Bake for 3 minutes, then remove to fill.

5. Add one teaspoon of sauce to each wonton cup.

6. Then distribute the cheese between the sauce-filled cups.

7. Top each with 3 mini pepperoni.

8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
9. Top with chopped parsley, and serve hot!

Important Recipe Notes
