Lego Brownies
These Lego Brownies are made with rich, fudgy brownies with bright frosting and candy pieces to look like Lego bricks. It’s a cute dessert idea for kids’ birthday parties, themed events, or a creative baking activity for kids at home.

It is also a great after-school snack for your kids, and if you are making this for a party, you can customize the color depending on the theme.
If I’m serving them for my kids’ school snack, I love to pair them with Meatball Sliders or Pickle Ham Rolls.
How to Make Lego Brownies
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
2. Unwrap the brownies. If they have candy bits, remove them.
3. Divide the frosting into three small bowls. Add a different food coloring to each bowl. I used 4 drops of yellow, 2 drops of blue, and 10 drops of green to match the colors best.

4. Spread one color frosting on 4 of the brownies, then top with 6 M&Ms of the same color. Start in the middle to make arranging the candies easier.

5. Arrange the brownies on the parchment-lined tray, then chill for 30 minutes to help the frosting set.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- If your brownies have candy bits on top, gently remove them before frosting so the Lego design looks clean.
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Chill the brownies for at least 30 minutes so the frosting sets and the candies stay in place.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
