How to Make Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Skewers
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a melon baller to make round balls of cantaloupe.

2. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half. Fold each strip accordion-style so it looks like a little ribbon or bow.

3. On a small skewer or toothpick, thread one cantaloupe ball, then the folded prosciutto right next to it.

4. Place the skewers on a serving platter, or stick them into half a cantaloupe for a fun display. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving so they’re nice and fresh.
Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Choose a ripe cantaloupe – A ripe melon will have a sweet aroma and slightly soft skin at the stem end. This makes a big difference in flavor.
- Use thin prosciutto – Prosciutto is easier to fold and more tender when sliced paper-thin.
- These skewers are best cold. You can make them up to 2 hours ahead and store them in the fridge until serving.
- Use toothpicks or short skewers – Small skewers make them easy to grab and eat without a mess.
