How to Make Christmas Rolo Pretzel Sandwiches
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Start by preheating your oven to 250°F and lining a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent any sticking.
2. Lay out 40 pretzel snaps on the baking sheet in a single layer, and top each pretzel with an unwrapped Rolo candy. Try not to sneak too many Rolos while you’re doing this!

3. Pop the tray into the oven for about 3-4 minutes, just until the Rolos soften. You don’t want them to melt completely—just enough so they’re easy to flatten.

4. Remove the tray from the oven and quickly top each Rolo with another pretzel. Gently press down to flatten the Rolo, forming a delicious sandwich. Careful not to push too hard—you don’t want the chocolate to ooze out too much.

5. Once your pretzel sandwiches are assembled, transfer the tray to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. This will give the chocolate a chance to firm up.

6. While the sandwiches are chilling, melt the vanilla wafers in the microwave. Use the defrost or low setting in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the wafers are smooth and silky.

7. Now for the fun part! Take the chilled pretzel sandwiches out of the fridge and dip each one halfway into the melted vanilla wafers. Shake off any excess coating and place it back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle immediately with your Christmas sprinkles before the coating hardens—because once it starts to set, you won’t have much time!

8. Once all your sandwiches are dipped and decorated, transfer the tray back to the fridge for another 10-20 minutes to ensure the coating is fully set.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes
- Don’t overbake the Rolos: You just want them softened enough to press down—not fully melted.
- Work quickly: Once they’re out of the oven, press on the pretzel tops right away before they firm up.
- Add sprinkles while the white chocolate coating is still wet so they stick.
- Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the fridge if you prefer a firmer bite.
