How to Make Lucky Charm Bark

Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe
  • 18 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 2 tablespoons green glitter edible sprinkles

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start by adding the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Heat it in the microwave at 50 percent power (or defrost mode) for 2 minutes. Give it a good stir, then heat it for another minute on the same setting. Stir again and continue heating in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the sheet and smooth it out with a spatula or the back of a spoon. You want an even layer so every bite gets that creamy chocolate goodness.

3. Scatter the Lucky Charms cereal over the top of the melted chocolate. Gently press down on the cereal with the palm of your hand so it sticks well. Next, sprinkle those fabulous green edible glitter sprinkles all over.

4. Allow the bark to dry for about 30 minutes. Once it’s fully set, break it into pieces.

Serve and Enjoy!

Important Recipe Notes

  • Melt the chocolate by using 50% power in the microwave and stir often to avoid burning or a grainy texture.
  • Make sure your baking sheet is lined with parchment paper for easy removal and even bark.
  • Lightly pressing the Lucky Charms helps them stick without breaking the pieces.
  • Add sprinkles before the chocolate sets: Work quickly so the glitter sticks while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days to maintain crunchiness.
  • You can change the green glitter for other colors to match different holidays or celebrations.
