How to Make Baked Apple Pie Dip
Ingredients you’ll need for this recipe

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and give a small baking dish (we used an 8×6 Pyrex) a quick spray with non-stick spray.
2. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and apple pie spice until smooth and creamy.

3. Stir in most of the chopped apples, saving a few for sprinkling on top later.

4. Spread the creamy apple mixture into your baking dish.

5. For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and melted butter until it’s crumbly and glorious.

6. Sprinkle the rest of the apples and that yummy streusel over the top. (You won’t need all of the topping—we used just over half. Save the rest to sprinkle over muffins or yogurt!)

7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until it’s warm and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving!

Important Recipe Notes
- Use a crisp apple like Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji so the apples don’t get mushy while baking.
- You won’t need all of the streusel topping—we used just over half. Store the rest in the fridge and sprinkle it over muffins, oatmeal, or yogurt later!
- Let it cool slightly before serving. It comes out super hot and bubbly, so give it a few minutes to set.
- You can prep the dip a few hours in advance, cover, and refrigerate. Just bake right before serving.
- You can add a pinch of cinnamon to the streusel topping or dust a little on top before baking.
- Serve it warm with graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, apple slices, or even pretzels for a sweet-and-salty combo!
