1. Chop the tomato, cucumber, and onion. You can peel the cucumber before chopping if you’d like.



2. Add the feta, tomato, cucumber, and onion to a small bowl.

3. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices to a pinch bowl and stir to combine.

4. Pour the liquid seasoning blend over the other ingredients, and toss to combine.

5. Distribute the mixture evenly between the Phyllo Shells.

Serve and Enjoy!
Once assembled, plate them up and serve immediately.
